What a fantastic year Cedar Creek Lake has had for Home Sales. Waterfront Homes sales were almost as good as 2016 which was a record breaking year. 2017 Waterfront home sales were $114 million. The average list price was $325,000 and average sell price was $307,000; Days on Market dropped to 149 days. 2016 Waterfront home sales were $117.5 million.

Series 2 numbers are reported in millions. Reported sales for ISD’s in Eustace, Kemp, Mabank, Malakoff and Trinidad as reported on Henderson County Board of Realtors.
Offwater Home Sales for the last 3 years have been the best since I started tracking 13 years ago. 2017 was a record breaking year and this is GREAT news for Offwater and Residential home sellers. 2017 Offwater home sales were $37,793 million; Average list price was $126,000 and average sell price was $120,000; average Days on Market dropped to 109 days. For homes over $100,000 the average sell price was $177,000.
Commercial Property Sales had a good year. 2017 commercial properties sold $4.7 million. Our area is growing. We are all excited to see the growth at Cedar Creek Lake. Starbuck’s just recently opened in Gun Barrel City.
